Originally began operations in 2368 in orbit of Cestus IV. During the Dominion War the shipyard produced a bulk of the Starships that would make up the 14th Fleet. In 2387, a massive shockwave struck the facility laying waste to all 12 dry docks. In an unprecedented move. Rear Admiral Deragon Lucifel had gotten 8 Dry dock assembled, and moved in 2 months to Cestus III. By Years end, the Yard was 100% operational.(Star Trek: Generation Fleet)
