Celeste Kelly was a Starfleet officer from the 25th century.
As an ensign she served on the USS Enterprise-G. In 2419, she was promoted to lieutenant junior grade. She became the prime suspect in the murder of Admiral Bradley Miller after she assaulted Captain Sito of the Enterprise. She was exonerated after it was discovered that she was manipulated by Zach Bradford who had tampered with her positronic implants, an old friend she had met while serving on Deep Space Six.
When the USS Enterprise-H was commissioned she was assigned to that vessel as its operations officer. (Star Trek: Frontiers)
