- Rescued from an assimilated Breen warship, Sek was the chief helmsman of the USS Firestorm-E and then the USS Firestorm-F, until being reassigned to the USS Sally. He holds the rank of Commander.
Narekkun[]
- Chief tactical officer of the USS Sally. His origins are largely unknown. Holds the rank of Lieutenant Commander.
Burt Troy[]
- Chief operations officer of the USS Firestorm-E, USS Firestorm-F, and then the USS Sally. He holds the rank of commander.
Patar[]
- Interrogator of the USS Firestorm-F, then the USS Sally. He holds the rank of lieutenant commander, and is affiliated with the changeling Nat's alliance between various factions. How, or why, he was allowed back in Starfleet is unknown.
Pevro[]
- Chief intelligence officer of the USS Sally. He holds the rank of (lieutenant) commander and is in the lineup of numbered officers after other members of the senior staff including Nat, 11 of 14, Burt, Narekkun, and Sek.

- Chief medical officer of the USS Firestorm-E, then the Firestorm-F, and more recently the USS Sally. He holds the rank of full commander.

Background information[]
- In-game, the Liberated Borg Science officer cannot be customized, however, a bug in the tailor allowed Admiral Nat to open 8 of 14 in the editor. While the changes cannot be saved, screenshots can be taken, hence the image of how 8 of 14 appears in-story and should appear in Star Trek Online.
