Annette Willard is a Federation civilian, wife of Lieutenant Greg Willard and mother of Kevin Willard. In 2372, she ran the forward lounge aboard the USS Cantabrian (NCC-24705).

Annette Willard gave birth to Kevin Willard in 2356. Kevin was her and Greg's first and only child.
In 2372, she contacted security when contingents of Klingon and Romulan refugees outcast off Lelar Prime began to fight in the forward lounge. She huddled for cover. (Star Trek: The Cantabrian Expeditions: "Isolation")
