- Scott Fack is found aboard a cryosatellite in deep space and is revived by the crew aboard the USS Alexandria. He remains the only survivor aboard the cryogenic satellite, and further investigations prove an alien race tampered with the satellite, altered Fack's genetic structure, and experimented unsuccessfully on the satellite's other occupants.
