Planet Kalimor, a Federation world near the Miragosa Nebula was invaded by a predatory species called the Marr. After razing the colony and the surrounding area for 10 miles, the planet was occupied, and the survivors tortured and experimented on for eight months before being liberated by Starfleet. Among the 83 survivors were a Lieutenant Montaine Buchanan and a Doctor Arban Breetal. (Star Trek: Outpost)
