• Due to an out-of-control warp engine experiment, USS Challenger is sent from 2291 to 1950s Earth, specifically Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Lieut. Leanne "Becky" Schoenberg, the Assistant Sciences Chief, an esper, loses her memory and winds up planetside. She is recovered, and a high warp-powered slingshot maneuver around Sol sends the ship back to its proper time period (Star Trek: Challenger Chronicles: "Betazoid Bobbysoxer.")

It was definitely before 1957, as S'Trell noted a lack of satellites around the Earth, although a careful check of the 45 RPM phonographic records Sastrowardoyo, Vosseller and Whalen are examining show that there is one record from the later 1950s.
